  • Spent over two years working and living in Mexico.
  • Taught Spanish.
  • Managed the International Trade Department of The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
  • Has worked in frozen food industry since the 1970s.
  • Founded Interamerican Quality Foods in 1985.
  • Member of Advisory Board for St. Mary’s University Center for Global Business Studies.
  • Board member since 1990 and former president of Texas-Mexico Frozen Food Council.
Paul Farnsworth

Paul Farnsworth

  • Born and raised in Mexico.
  • BA from Brigham Young University in International Relations.
  • MBA from Utah State University.
  • Worked and lived for two years in Mexico.
  • Has worked for Interamerican Quality Foods since 1993.
  • Active in local Boy Scouts, enjoys camping and other outdoor activities.

  • BBA in International Business from St. Mary’s University.
  • Recipient of Outstanding International Business Student award.
  • Worked and lived for two years in Venezuela.
  • Experience working in Quality Control departments with four strawberry packers and two vegetable packers in Mexico.
  • Has worked with Interamerican Quality Foods since 1997.
  • Member of Advisory Board for St. Mary’s University Center for Global Business Studies.
